The price of this item fluctuates - I was able to get it for less than $2 so I am considering that price. Anything over $1-2 and the rating is 1 star. This brush is not ideal for intensive grout cleaning, it will likely be suitable for occasional light use, such as cleaning small areas over the weekend. The quality of the bristles is comparable to a thin overgrown toothbrush as after just one project (about 10ft x 10ft tiled floor) with moderate brushing their bristles have warped like a worn toothbrush. It did the job I needed it for, but it won't last long if I keep using it with heavy pressure. It was downgraded to cleaning my cat litter screen. If you need serious cleaning of grout throughout your home, choose the OXO brand as the quality is more sustainable for repeated use in such projects. Think Dollar Store Quality and manage your expectations. Don't bother to buy if it's over $2 or you'll waste your money. If you have a project to do and are in a hurry to clean up (e.g. moving out of a small apartment), sure.
