Just received the RoboVac G30 Edge and literally spent all day setting it up with Eufy Home. Turns out the setting doesn't work through the app on iOS 14. The setting consists of connecting to the device that sets up Wi-Fi to set up the Wi-Fi at home. However, after connecting to the device's WiFi, the application does not recognize it and shows "Connection failed. Please connect to your Eufy device." And basically without this setup the device is basically useless. I contacted Eufy support who was unhelpful and dismissive (waited 40 minutes to chat with anyone). They said it was my dual band router (2.4 and 5GHz) and ignored that all my other 2.4GHz devices worked fine with it.Reset network, different router, reboot all devices, from trying different iPhones, iPads, etc.), I tried a different version of iOS. Luckily I had an old iPad running iOS 12 which I was able to get through setup on the first try. So yes, 2 stars for saving my time wasted and that their support didn't provide this check as a first troubleshooting step. The vacuum itself seems fine but it really needs to be set to maximum suction. It's not bad for the navigation i m house. He has some trouble getting back to the charging station, but eventually gets there. I'm skeptical of the rotating brush on the side, although it seems to get caught in carpets and doesn't seem to be moving fast enough to pick up anything. .
