I had a RoboVac 30C that just didn't work in our house. It keeps getting stuck under the dining table and then spinning in circles to nowhere. I called Eufy and they exchanged the device 3 times! I am very disappointed. I have had several Anker/Eufy products in the past and have been happy with them. The reviews for this item were solid and the features matched my Roomba i7+ (load and resume, straight lines instead of random lines, etc.) that I was looking for. But don't be fooled. You are not working. Just received the RoboVac G30 Edge and literally spent all day setting it up with Eufy Home. Turns out the setting doesn't work through the app on iOS 14. The setting consists of connecting to the device that sets up Wi-Fi to set up the Wi-Fi at home. However, after connecting to the device's WiFi, the application does not recognize it and shows "Connection failed. Please connect to your Eufy device." **Update** Rating changed to 4 stars. I didn't mention how great the Eufy support is. They are among the best when it comes to customer care and satisfaction. I received an email from Eufy asking about my issues. I explained my expectations (which were probably higher than they should have been). Overall I am satisfied with this purchase. I have a Eufy 15C Max. I was happy to get the G30Edge for both navigation (less random patterns) and magstripes. First they removed many features. There is no
