I've been using this for about a week now and every time I clean I'm equally disgusted and impressed at how this whole vacuum sucks up. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment that is mostly carpeted and the mop and vacuum work very well on all floor types that I have used them on. He even picked up an old ash stain from my carpet. Plus, rinsing out a dirty tank and filter after each use is so easy it doesn't feel like a chore. Customer service is pretty good too; They are very responsive and helpful. I registered my product on the Lunaglow website (QR code required) and they sent me extra roller brushes and capsules for free! The only thing stopping me from giving the Lunaglow G1 five stars is that it doesn't hit to the edge/corner in every room and really needs a hose mount for that reason.
