I was able to use zip ties to attach the offset clips from the heatsink to the fan and it works great.

I used it to replace the radiator in my 2005 Hyundai Tucson GLS 4WD. tight, but the bottom does not line up with the clips on the bottom of the fan assembly. I was able to use zip ties to attach the offset clips from the heatsink to the fan and it works great.
