Not for the kitchen
I was hoping cotton would absorb better than microfiber but these didn't absorb at all, even after multiple washes, leaving only wet blisters on the countertop. Also NO jokes about the bleeding ROT and the FLEET. You should NEVER wash anything that is light colored. However, they have completely lost their redness (at least they were never bright red like in the picture); They look like I brought faded, old kitchen towels for my kitchen. I've gone back to white microfiber towels, which work much better.
