Gloves have a very tight fit; kept my hands very warm. However, my fingers are very swollen - like I have sausages on my fingers when I try to open the door or reach for the car keys. Excess skin around the fingertips is not very helpful. Still solid and durable craftsmanship! The original D3A didn't have this problem of fat fingers and extra skin; My old set of D3A gloves fit my fingers and held them very tight after they broke. EDIT: Upgraded to 4 stars. To be honest I LOVE these gloves. Still a little fiddly to manipulate the buttons etc but they are solid. You cracked the point. Great buy, I recommend.
