Review on French Toast Toddler Stretch Skinny Girls' Clothing : Pants & Capris by Amber Perez

I always try to order girls pants because I'm short and never have to hem them, it's clearly not a capri length, they come just above my ankles so they're not pants and They aren't capris so it's a very uncomfortable length for me, they look like what we used to call 'float pants'. I don't want to agonize over the return so I'll probably just donate to charity.
