I tried buying for some necessities for my house and kitchen at BrylaneHome not too long ago, but I was left unhappy with both the products and the service that I received there. The products I ordered were of low quality, and even after just a few uses, they had already begun to show signs of wear and tear. When I attempted to get assistance from customer service, I was confronted with lengthy wait periods and individuals that were unable to assist me. As if the customer service they provide wasn't bad enough, their return policy is baffling and difficult to understand. As someone who is just starting out in this industry, I had high hopes for a superior purchasing experience, but regrettably, BrylaneHome fell short of my expectations. I would not advise anyone looking for dependable items and service to shop at this establishment.
