I used this spring to hold a 4ft fire stick and it works very well! It keeps the antenna upright and at high speeds and flexes as needed. I've driven into my garage many times and forgot to remove the antenna and it just keeps bending without damaging the antenna. If something hits the antenna and throws it back, it returns to its place very quickly without rotating too much, protecting your car from bumps. My only complaint with this spring is that after a while it starts to flex backwards on the freeway. My antenna only tilts a few degrees, but that's enough to make it noticeable. To counteract this, I simply flip the spring over every few months so it starts bending the other way.
