Review on WiFi router TP-LINK TL-MR150, black by Edyta Krlak ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great value for the money, definitely recommended!

I made an effort to propagate the Internet by phone in the countryside. Everything in the house functioned properly, but the 22 meters to the guesthouse's single-story building was already eerily quiet. Due to the plot's low elevation, a smartphone's Internet connection is severely limited to the second level. My sister (a serial-watching addict) recently visited, and the topic of getting a TV hooked up at the guesthouse came up. I was considering installing a satellite dish, but after doing some research, I discovered that only long-term residents and avid TV viewers would benefit from doing so. I went ahead and bought a router hoping it would work quickly and smoothly. A repeater was something I hoped to avoid having to purchase. The router, however, managed. The kids can now surf the web on their tablets, and my sister can finally catch up on her favorite shows (after finally mastering the prefix mi boxing, of course). Mts was pleasantly surprised by the laptop price. The cost is painful at $85 per month, but well worth it. My sister is content now that she doesn't have to worry about the Internet and the kids. I'm glad to hear that the router is holding steady, and I pray that the rest of the season lives up to your expectations.

Pros
  • It's simple to set up and runs smoothly without becoming too hot.
Cons
  • In a wooden (beam) home, the signal weakens as it travels from the second to the first floor, yet this has no noticeable impact on user experience.
