Just put 6 of these in the bathroom /toilet is being remodeled. I love it! Completely autonomous. Nothing else is required other than a 4 inch hole in the ceiling and electricity. They are very flat, light and therefore fit almost anywhere. They are even approved for wet areas, so showering is not a problem. They give bright daylight and insulate, although I haven't tried them with a dimmer. This is my new standard for any future renovation. I'm thinking of using it in a false ceiling in the basement.
