I needed a new mug to fight my coffee addiction and honestly just a slightly larger container for each drink and I stumbled across this gem. This mug is durable and the PERFECT size. It works great with hot and cold drinks and even in the microwave. I had an issue with the mug when I received it - there were a few imperfections to the mug but that didn't bother me and didn't hurt the overall integrity of the mug so I just left everything as is. Well the company emailed me asking how it was and I was honest and told them the exact same thing I just said. They sent me a new mug and it was perfect; no mistakes. Their customer service is incredible and the quality of their products rivals that. I highly recommend.
