Review on πŸ”³ Tenax Marble Polishing Compound Powder by Charles You

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I highly recommend this item! A++

After much research I decided to use this Tenax marble polishing powder for my black marble bathroom floor. Working on an expensive marble floor meant I wanted to be careful with every step - obviously choosing the best powder was an important decision. I pay a lot of attention (well, thoughtful) to online product reviews and guides and think Tenax would be a good choice. My floor had a 'stain' of sorts (the term on tile is used for acid stains - perhaps caused by bathroom products or spills near the toilet) - I bought the full range of diamond sanding discs, a stack of felt discs and 5 polishers. Tenax powder only comes with brief instructions - I love having instructions but the online tutorials were good enough on the technique and when I ran out of questions I called Tenax and got some of the most patient and detailed ones advice I've ever had. ever I have received. To be honest the company really showed their greatness and that gave me even more confidence in the product itself. My floor is finished and now I apply Tenax Sealant (I use "Tenax Pro Seal" which is a 7 year old sealant). By the way, it turns out I don't need the Diamond Pads at all - they won't bother, but they're really for real scratches or other issues that come from actual mishandling of the surface. I couldn't have done this job as well (or as quickly) without a 5 inch polisher. polishing machine. I bought Meguiar's MT-300 right here at Revain and used it as recommended as it has the slowest speed on one of theirs. There are many types of stone finishes, but I know the black marble I have is one of the toughest of the group - for that reason I felt it was worthwhile congratulating other Revain buyers on the excellent result tell me what I've achieved. One more thing, many online tutorials show giant buffing machines with giant buffing pads. You'll find them used for hotel lobbies, big city department stores, etc - most of us have eat-in kitchens and bathrooms, and a 5 inch polisher gets the job done quickly and thoroughly. I suppose large floor machines can be rented and you might be tempted to do so - it made more sense to me to have your own buffing machine, pads and the ability to buff areas a commercial buffing machine cannot.
