This is a great product. I recently came across a pair of old silver earrings that I forgot. They were badly tarnished and I didn't know if I needed to take them to a professional jeweler to have them cleaned. Then I remembered I had an old box of those silver napkins on my basement shelf. Napkins are like soft folded napkins. The box must be at least 10 years old and I only have two tissues left in the box. But I followed the instructions which were clear and simple and in less than five minutes my earrings looked brand new! So I ordered three more boxes of these silver napkins. I'm glad they still exist!
