I could think of a few improvements to make this much better.

First I sent mine back. It didn't fit my Subaru Forrester properly. I would recommend the manufacturer to add a washable board to some sections to keep it in place. When it's empty just turn it over so you'll want to leave something inside, otherwise it will look dirty. A thin, wipeable board would be ideal.

Pros

RIGID BASE: The rigid PE plate on the base helps to keep the bag holder shape in the car net. When you put things in, the bottom doesn't pull into a "V" shape like a cloth bottom.
