Review on 🍳 Lodge Seasoned Cast Iron Rectangular Griddle - Extra-Large Chef’s Serving Platter (15 x 12.25 Inches) by Michael Mayes

I bought this about 2 weeks ago and I have to say I love it! I used it to make Thanksgiving Fall Peanut and Apple Roast and the recipe turned out to be the best I've ever made! And it makes perfectly smooth cookies. It's a bit small so I might order more. But overall, this is my new version of the baking sheet. I bake so much that I usually go through the pans quite often. I have to throw them away every 18-24 months. I've tried buying cheap, good ones, oiling them thoroughly, cleaning them, then lining them with parchment paper, foil, etc. So done with all that foil waste. On the other hand, it's a beast. Easy to clean. Requires no foil or parchment paper. I love it.
