As many have pointed out, the tiny rivet that connects the brush head to the socket that the rod screws into broke on first use. This is the weakest and thinnest piece of metal I've ever seen used to connect anything. As long as people buy it, they won't change anything and eventually it will break too. Get them to improve the design by NOT buying this product. EDIT: I attached mine with a rivet to attach the brush head to the post mount. Most people don't have a rivet gun and rivets, so the attachment can be done with a screw or a small bolt and nut if you drill a hole from the other side.
