There are triangular hanging loops on the back, so you will need 2 nails or extra wire for the frame. I personally think it would be too heavy to confidently hang from those velcro wall straps. It uses metal tabs that need to be bent to slide the back in and out, use a screwdriver or you'll break the nail. In general, these are quality materials for their price, especially at this size (16x20) with a mat. You will not commit yourself.
