We ordered this brush set to use with powdered activated charcoal. We have just arrived and were skeptical about what we would get after reading the reviews. I noticed they were from a different country and wasn't surprised, you can see the label when shopping, we assumed MOI meant medium. At a low price we decided to order. The packaging is as expected, no rips or holes, we don't feel they should be approved by the Dental Board, we knew we were buying! We are happy with our purchase so far and give it 5 stars Note: We didn't need to understand the instructions, we know how to use a toothbrush.
