I used these to hang bags on the armrests of my wheelchair. It is flexible enough to work between the armrest and the round tube of the armrest. Thread the spring clip through the holes in the cable clip, and then attach the pouch to the clip. Works as I thought. No complaints, serves its purpose perfectly. I've used it to hang fairy lights from the rafters of my carport and it even works better than regular wire nails as it's more flexible.
