The product arrived defective. Few things are more frustrating than waiting for something new and getting it broken or defective and having to go through the entire return process. Other than that, it looks like this one has been returned before. The display doesn't work (yes I've tried new batteries), the gauge cap is already removed, the air intake is already installed (doesn't fit my compressor) and the tire clamp is already installed (albeit finger tight). It is not used. It was probably defective to begin with and was returned and they just turned around and resold it hoping someone wouldn't mess with the return. Not right. I think as several other reviewers have pointed out their quality control is severely lacking. I have requested a replacement. Let's see how it goes. UPDATE: I was sent a replacement two days later. I have used it several times and it has worked flawlessly for me. Interesting note: I have a digitally certified (calibrated) tire gauge and I compared the reading to my certified one. The reading is within + or - 0.5 (1/2 lb) psi. I can't (obviously) know if they're that close, but that's more than enough for this type of device.
