I'm a sweater (not the one you wear)
I'm primarily a cyclist and I sweat profusely whether I ride indoors or outdoors. It took me a long time to realize that I needed a "recovery" drink with lots of salt. After that, the frequent headaches and general fatigue that came 3-4 hours after a hard drive were a thing of the past. For me, this product was the perfect solution. I think it's a good balance of flavors; slight sweetness and spiciness help balance the saltiness. I also appreciate that I can usually get the product delivered quickly as I often don't realize I need more. I like the convenience and cleanliness of single-serve packaging, although I would go with bulk packaging if that were an option to reduce shipping and packaging waste.
