disappointment! Not as good as it seems. Surprised it made Revane's choice! Only one side has information. The back is completely blank and a waste of space. They might include helpful tips on do's and don'ts. The way it was advertised gave the impression it was for someone starting out with a pressure cooker. But if that were true of his ad, it would contain more information and make it easier to read. It could easily have tips and tricks on the back or other useful information for those using the pressure cooker. The font was too small and difficult to read. All of the words were compressed and there weren't enough spaces and separators between words. The materials used to make the board also seemed very cheap and unreliable. I didn't like that the edges of the entire board were thinner than the rest of the board so things could fall off easily. This is my evaluation before USE. I don't know yet but I think so because the rest of the quality is very, very mediocre at best. I was also disappointed that I couldn't hang it on the wall without drilling a small hole in the top with a dremel. All in all, I'm very surprised that Revain chose him. It was a good price but it was cheaply made so no deal! I wouldn't order it again.
