This is a really honest review: I find this protein powder to have a terrible consistency in shakes and smoothies. However, it is perfect for adding vegan protein to baked goods. I usually reduce the amount of flour I use a bit (e.g. 2 cups of gluten-free oatmeal wafers substituting 1/2 cup. So I use 1.5 cups of oatmeal and 1/2 cup of this protein powder). My baked goods turn out amazing every time! I like unflavored so I can sweeten to taste. I don't really like the aftertaste of stevia. I hope my review is helpful!
