I have been using this collar 2 or 3 times a day for several weeks. This works very well for my 6 month old 60lb Black Lab pup. He loves to draw. With his strong neck, it doesn't slow him down much, but it works well enough for me to control him. Although he still draws. He is a very strong puppy. So far the collar has worked very well, it's sturdy and seems to be holding up. It looks good on my pup, which may not matter that much to some, but it does matter to me. My husband even said it looked beautiful. It's not very difficult for him. However, this is a solid collar, beautifully made and durable. It looks very nice. It slips easily over the head. I only use it for walking, not tethering. If he thought about it, he could roll back. I recommend and buy again. So far, so good. If you're buying one, remember that it should fit over his head and ears, so consider that measurement, not just the size of his neck.
