I appreciate that it is easy to use, but also very customizable! It's great at what we need in an accounting system - keeping track of inventory levels. Sometimes there are issues or bugs related to updates from our ERP vendor (which makes sense), so they have helped us out quite often as well. Very responsive team during those times when things go wrong/buggy-ish. Definitely consider all other products available before deciding which one will be best fit for you needs. There were many options we looked into prior to choosing this product over others; however, ultimately ended up going through RSEB because their pricing was more competitive than any competitors' solutions offered. This allowed us to compare features easily without needing consultants helping make decisions.
