They fit me very well, my weight is 250lbs and I'm 6ft tall, the knee pads fit the loosest level of the belt and the shin pads fit nicely under my motocross boots. I had to sand down the plastic buckles because they were sharp and bit into my skin, but once I did that everything was fine. To be honest it's probably a good thing it's pretty tight at the moment because if the elasticity wears off I can tighten it up in the future.
