My wife and I bought this unit for our newborn twins. The product shows the possibility of hanging two cradles on the play area, but the device is not designed to actually support a child in each crib. I spoke to Eric at BabyTrend Customer Service who confirmed that the device is only meant to support one baby at a time. He reported that the images on the device only represent storage and not proper usage. I am giving this product one star for sense of false advertising showing the possibility of use with two children. Otherwise, the device seems solidly built and easy to assemble. When replacing the electrode set, an error was found in the instructions, which was confirmed by BabyTrend customer service. BabyTrend should update its product advertising to reflect intended use.
