I bought this for my seniors. Batteries are empty so quickly! (6-7 hours of recording needed new ones. So with 2-3 sessions a day I ran out of big batteries quickly.) Adding to that complaint, the software is terrible and you have to convert files to WAV THEN MP3. tedious!
