Why not 5 stars. Because they send you a million screws to mount the set or screens but low and here are the installation instructions they told me I need #8-15. but they were not included. So 20 minutes on the phone with tech support they said. 8-16 but when refilling only turn 4 times and listen but when I turned my tv over it says on the back of the tv that I can use #8-15 to #8-24? (something like that) and tighten firmly. in the end everything worked out. after some confusion. Basically it's like hanging a picture. Place the bracket on the wall. (Find cleats. PILOTS according to instructions. and then attach the mounting hooks/brackets to the TV. It's a bit scary to flip the cloud on the front of the screen. Then just hook it to the wall like you're attaching a picture attach a nail Presto >>>>> PERFECT not Doesn't need to be tilted Because I didn't put it high For this price why not have an option Note: If you wall mount more than 5ft you may need Professions to raise the plasma.
