Review on Royal Canin Senior Cat Food - Aging 12+ Thin Slices In Gravy, 3 Oz Cans by Lex Ismael

I wrote a bit about this in my review of the Royal Canin kitten food and decided to come back and write a review on the elder food as well since it has been such a change for my old girl. After about 1.5 months of eating Royal Canin she has gone from an old, crotchety grandma cat to a romping and playful kitty with an absolutely beautiful coat. She SHINES both in her attitude and her fur. In addition, for years we have worked with veterinarians due to what we believed to be either a skin condition or allergy. After 4 vets, countless brands/attempts at a real food diet (very difficult to maintain for our household) and a kitty lifetime, we still weren't sure what exactly was causing her the itchiness and sores. Well, after using this food paired with a high protein kibble for snacks. her sores are now almost completely gone and she's no longer scratching all the time. I feel terrible it took us so long to find the answer for her, but I'm glad we did and thank Royal Canin that my cat finally feels comfortable in her own skin.
