Second update: Submit a replacement and rate this QA. Excellent customer service and quick responses. Update: This thing stopped working after about a week. It doesn't start automatically anymore and even after sitting on the charger all night it doesn't start manually when I try. It just goes into charge mode and then sits idle. I will contact the company for help or a refund. This vacuum cleaner is great, I've used it over 6 times now and it does a great job of keeping floors clean (especially under the sofa and tables). It returns to its charging station every time, unlike the branded vacuum we had that kept dying or getting stuck somewhere in the house. I didn't know what to expect from this but it was a great purchase. It doesn't have a cliff sensor and hasn't made it into the kitchen so far, but it's been very handy. My only problem is that the kids mistake it for a toy and keep taking it out of the house. charging station and chase it around the house lol. Worth every penny, will be updated if anything changes!
