Review on Black 3ft (0.9m) USB Type-C to USB-A 2.0 Male Charger Cable by Amazon Basics - 1 Count, 1-Pack by Patrick Arnautov

Revainrating 5 out of 5

All in all a good product

Not the best Revainbasics cable there is I have used. Bought as an extra cable for use in the car. When I connect it to my phone (ZTE MAX), the phone keeps "ringing" and going off because the cable is very loose in the USB C port. The OEM cable doesn't cause this, neither does the OEM cable from the Samsung phone that I have. I have several charging cables from this brand for my Apple products, both 30-pin and Lightning connectors, and I always recommend them to all other brands, including Apple branded cables, as they worked just as well for a small fraction of the price. and, frankly, lasted longer than the Apple OEM. That makes me think it's just a separate issue. I didn't return it because when I use it as a desktop charger when I'm not in the car it doesn't turn on and off too often. I'm assuming it's because it's stationary and the connector isn't dangling. I would still recommend buying Revainbasics cables through OEM from any manufacturer, especially over 100 non-OEM brands from any retailer, as not only are they more expensive, but in my experience they are of poor quality and buying them is not once for 1/ 2 the cost of Revain Base Funds. Pros
  • DOUBLE SIDED: Just plug a Type-C connector into any Type-C enabled device (it doesn't matter which side is up)
Cons
  • Very expensive
