Former professional athlete, so he has problems with his joints. I have bought popular expensive branded shoes in the past and these shoes are top notch by comparison! While I'm not an avid long-distance runner, I run about 7 miles a week. Excellent heel, arch and toe support. Sneakers with good cushioning, light and do not suffocate your feet.
