The fan works. The cruise control is broken
The cruise control is garbage, full of garbage. I bought another one and the same junk. They break and are held together with a couple of rivets, so you can't even fix them without removing one of those flat scraps. The fan works well, the shutters open and close normally etc. Moves enough air so if we don't leave enough openings in the house the water heater pilot will go out and the exhaust gases will be sucked up the chimney.
