You have to screw the screws into the original bumper from below.
Definitely makes the car look much better. I like everything about it except that I had to bolt on the original bumper which created new holes which didn't make me very happy but well worth it if done right. The screws are regular screws you can find in any hardware store so I hope they last a long time...
