
I love that my practice can use this system without any additional software or hardware! It’s also great how easy it is for staff from different locations within our organization (3 states) to access/use their data while in work mode, which cuts back significantly with time wasted traveling between offices etc..

Honestly we didn't have too many issues when using PTO Manager but would like an option where user could see all open items vs simply seeing those they are working currently - not sure if there was such functionality before? This has definitely helped us cut down greatly upon non billable hours by employees who were actually able utilize POs properly instead of checking emails & texts during office hour!!
