There are a few disappointing features. The time it takes to open after the car starts - the reversing camera is practically useless unless you're sitting in the driveway for five minutes with the car running. She has her own opinion and sometimes she just doesn't work with certain features. eg volume. Can lower but not raise. Sometimes it connects to my hotspot and sometimes it doesn't. In general, it's not particularly user-friendly. It doesn't fit well in the hole in the car. The top edge isn't flush with the bottom of the vents and seems to rely solely on the car's side panels to stay in place.
