You Can't Rave - Escape Tools

So we found that the glow-in-the-dark version needs to be exposed to light first, much like the phosphor in the watch. I don't know how long it lasts after exposure. This defeats its purpose as I will personally hide it in the center console. In general, it looks pretty strong. A cheap item that could save someone's life.
