Cracked screen on HP laptop replaced with this one they had correct numbers etc all connected well. But the new screen didn't light up. I connected the laptop to a TV with an HDMI port, the laptop worked, tried changing the settings but to no avail. I tried to help from support and got a copy and paste reply that didn't even address the issue. Tried to contact her a few more times but to no avail.
