Holy cow, it's great! I had several of these in college and they did their job so well that I remember enjoying using them. Having lost my favorite plastic brushes in many moves since then, I searched and searched but could not find a replacement. I finally found her again! These things last forever, quite an oversight in an age of planned obsolescence. Won't scratch non-stick cookware, but food! If the inner sponge gets too soft for your liking, simply cut off the side of the sponge and put in a harder sponge. I personally don't mind making an aged scrubby a little pliable, but if that bothers you then the above strategy makes it easy to fix.
