Review on CRYSULLY by Matt Bokil

Let down by CRYSULLY's Quality Assurance

I've been using CRYSULLY products for a while, and I have to say that I'm dissatisfied with their quality control. Their clothes, shoes, and jewelry may have brilliant patterns, but they're poorly made. A number of the things I have purchased have arrived with sloppy stitching, missing buttons, or loose threads. Due to these problems, I've had to return or exchange several things, which has been inconvenient and time-consuming. Although I have found that the sizes they offer are usually accurate, on occasion I have received an item that was either too small or too large, despite my having selected the appropriate size. Despite my admiration for CRYSULLY's innovative designs, I have found it difficult to consistently depend on their products due to sloppy quality control. In the future, I hope they can enhance their quality control procedures to guarantee that their customers always obtain excellent products.

Pros
  • affordable costs considering the grade of the goods.
Cons
  • Clothing and accessories for ladies are scarce.
