Their support team has been very responsive, they are always willing/able (which can be hard sometimes)to work with you in solving issues as opposed to just telling us that there's nothing wrong or we're doing something incorrectly when it really isn't our fault at all! We use GTS for most aspects behind-the scenes so I'm not sure what else could come across here but their customer service was superb during this whole process!! The system was easy to install, configure and use. It is very customizable and can be adapted to fit any business needs. I have not found anything that I dislike about this product. If you are looking for an affordable and robust graphic design tool with many customization options this is the right software for you. We have used this software to create brochures and newsletters. It has allowed our organization to customize their own designs and save money while doing so.
