I like that they have an easy-to use layout tool, it's very intuitive with drag & drop functionality for creating pages/elements in your documents or presentations as well as importing files into templates you've created yourself. Their support team has been very responsive, they are always willing/able (which can be hard sometimes)to work with you in solving issues as opposed to just telling us that there's nothing wrong or we're doing something incorrectly when it really isn't our fault at all! We use GTS for most aspects behind-the scenes so I'm not sure what else could come across here but their customer service was superb during this whole process!!
