It's easy for our team members who are spread across different locations with limited time available at hand - this tool helps us make quick decisions as we can quickly find out what needs attention from where by just scanning through reports generated using data collected via their API integration feature (which was not present when first purchased). Nothing much yet but looking forward towards some exciting features which will be launched soon after its beta version goes live next month :).
