I have a three year old phone and I'm not interested in trading my work phone for new fancy cameras or anything. This attachable fisheye + macro lens works great. I was very surprised by the build quality, especially the price. All metal and everything fits together very well. The downside, of course, is that you have to pull this thing out and stick it on your phone to take these pictures, and it's a bit fiddly to position and adjust, but I'm not a professional or journalist, and I don't need to drag either it out of your phone and BAM will snap a macro photo for National Geographic before this rare insect flies away. My phone already has a fisheye camera as well as a regular one. Putting the fisheye on top of the fisheye was pretty fun even though it gave the WIIIIIIDE look! Anyway, the macro is basically what I wanted and it does the job. It also comes with two lens caps. If you're mean like me and allergic to the idea of paying a kilodollar for a damn phone (I don't care how smart it is), get one if you want to take cool macros and fisheye photos.
