It was very light and soft as I had hoped BUT it looks more like a costume accessory than a robe. If you expect it to be tiny and not at all functional like a robe, but like the aesthetic, then you might like it anyway. I didn't like this coat. I was hoping for something lightweight to wear around the house on summer evenings, but it didn't live up to my expectations for a summer coat. It's very thin, almost transparent. This might work if you want to wear something sexy before the wedding as it looks more like underwear of some sort, but don't buy it and expect to wear it regularly like I did.
