I received this product and found that there are gaps in the written instructions, but the video referenced by the QR code fills in the gaps in the installation instructions. The bottom shell arrived scratched, but that will eventually remain so, so I didn't pay attention. One end of the patch cord arrived already worn out, apparently because it didn't use the right hardware when the company installed the cord on a carrier. We think ten uses and the cord will be completely frayed or split. Great product idea but not sold to installation hardware company; Seems like it's going to take a while so we'll use to see how it holds up.
