Review on KENMerchant by Nigel Cohen

I like how easy it is for customers who have purchased from us in person or online to use our website as well! It's nice having one portal where we can see all of their transactions at once. Also helps with customer service by being able to view recent orders placed through email which are not necessarily logged into the system yet. There isn't much else about this product itself but if you want something simple then give it a try - no frills. We needed some way to keep track of sales made both offline (in store) as well as via internet/email order entry method. This has allowed me to be more efficient in my job since everything is available right away instead of waiting days until new information comes up on paper receipts etc.
